Mira Privacy Policy

• Your name and email, when you sign in with Google, to create and identify your Mira account
• The photo you upload and the measurements you provide (such as height and weight), used to generate your avatar
• Your generated avatar images
• The product image, title, price, and URL of items you choose to try on. Mira reads the product on the page you are actively viewing so it can render that item on your avatar.
• Shopping context from listing pages where Mira detects product grids: Mira only sends a listing page's products when you open a product from that page. That confirmed listing context includes the listing page URL, products shown on that page (product URL, name, price, image URL, grid position), and whether each product actually scrolled into view. Other listing pages are held briefly on your device and discarded. Mira never collects product grids or content from webmail pages or email links.
• Source and attribution context for shopping pages: the referring site hostname and type (for example search, social, newsletter, webmail, or shopping aggregator), the path only for public-content sources such as newsletter/social/aggregator pages, and marketing UTM tags on product links. For email or click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, _kx, or mc_eid, Mira stores only whether the identifier was present, not its value.
• Basic usage events — when you sign in, create an avatar, generate a try-on, see or click the try-on banner, or use chat reliability features — to understand how the product is used.

When you sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use a product-analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how Mira is used. From the Mira side panel we send a small set of named usage events — such as sign-in, avatar created, try-on started, outfit saved, and upgrade/paywall events — tied to your account. These contain no photos or message content. The on-page try-on banner also sends banner shown/clicked events, including the current product URL with credential-like query parameters removed, so we can measure whether Mira's visible shopping feature is working. Listing-grid product context is stored in Mira's database and is not mirrored to PostHog.

• Your account, avatar, and saved looks are stored on our managed cloud infrastructure, which encrypts data at rest. Your avatar and recent results are also cached locally in your browser for performance.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between your device, Mira, and our service providers.
• Mira does not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
• Access to user data is restricted to a small number of authorized Arium personnel, only when needed to operate, debug, or improve the service.
• If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and any relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
