To generate your avatar and render try-ons, your photo and the product images are sent to our image-generation and try-on providers — Google's Gemini API and Kling AI — and processed to produce the result. These providers may process and temporarily store this data on servers outside your country (for example, Kling processes images in Singapore and deletes generated try-on images after a short retention period, currently 30 days). We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their models. We also rely on cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage; these providers process data only to operate the service.
When you sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use a product-analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how Mira is used. From the Mira side panel we send a small set of named usage events — such as sign-in, avatar created, try-on started, outfit saved, and upgrade/paywall events — tied to your account. These contain no photos, no message content, and no product URLs or browsing history; analytics never runs on the pages you browse.
